Information you give us of your own accord, when you ask us for information, complete a form or get in touch with us.

Personal data you might provide: names, email addresses and phone numbers. You must make sure all of it is accurate and keep it up to date.

Sensitive data: We do not collect it.

Technical Data We Collect Automatically

Our systems record routine operational data: IP address, browser type, operating system, language, referring pages, timestamps, pages viewed, device identifiers, an approximate location worked out from the IP address, and crash and error diagnostics. We use it for security, fraud prevention, performance analysis and the integrity of the Services.

Location data: An approximate location, worked out from your IP address. We do not ask for your precise GPS location. You can limit location signals through your device or browser settings.

Where these laws apply, we process data on the following legal bases:

• Consent (Art.6(1)(a)) for information you submit voluntarily. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@lumenstarmodeling.com.
• Contract (Art.6(1)(b)) where we need to process data to answer inquiries made before a contract, or to provide features you have asked for.
• Legal Obligation (Art.6(1)(c)) to meet requirements set by regulation or statute.
• Legitimate Interests (Art.6(1)(f)) in keeping the platform secure, preventing abuse and improving the quality of the Services, always weighed against your rights.
• Vital Interests (Art.6(1)(d)) in rare cases where it is needed to protect someone's life or safety.

Canada: Where PIPEDA requires it, we rely on express or implied consent. You may withdraw your consent, subject to legal or contractual limits.

We do not sell personal information or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Business Transfers: Data may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or restructuring.
• Affiliates: Entities under our control, which are bound by this Policy.
• Service Providers: Restricted access, only where strictly needed to run our operations (for example infrastructure or security). Each must meet confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal & Compliance: Where valid legal process requires it, or to defend legal rights.
• Vital Safety: Where needed to prevent imminent harm.

We keep data only for as long as the purposes described here require, or for as long as the law requires. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it, aggregate it or anonymize it. Backups are rotated and cleared within standard retention periods.

Our safeguards include access controls, network protection and internal organizational policies. Even so, no security method is perfect. Please take care with the information you send us, and contact us without delay if you suspect any unauthorized use.

The Services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Please report any such collection to contact@lumenstarmodeling.com so the data can be removed promptly.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have some or all of the following rights:

Using your rights: Send an email to contact@lumenstarmodeling.com. To keep your data secure and prevent fraud, we may verify your identity.

No universal standard for DNT has been finalized, and at present we do not respond to DNT signals. Should GPC or a similar legally binding mechanism become mandatory in the jurisdiction where we operate, we will adapt our approach and update this Policy.

No selling or sharing: In the past 12 months we have not sold or shared personal information. The only data we process is a limited set of Identifiers (Category A) that you provide voluntarily, plus essential technical diagnostics (a limited part of Category F).

Your California rights: The rights to know, access, correct and delete, the right to non-discrimination, and the right to limit the use of sensitive data (which does not apply here, as we collect none). To make a request, write to contact@lumenstarmodeling.com.

Verification: We may ask for details that match what we already hold, such as an email address you used before. An authorized agent must provide written authorization.

If you live in Virginia, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of your data and profiling. We do not run targeted advertising, sell data or profile people to make significant decisions.

Appeals: If we turn down a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will give you a written explanation. If the matter is still not resolved, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We may flag material changes on the site or tell you about them through the communication channels available to us.
